Stevens is situated on 26 acres in a spacious, scenic country setting surrounded by historic buildings, a pond, fields and walking paths. The grounds are private and secluded providing a peaceful, quiet setting. The campus is located in southeastern Massachusetts, in historic Swansea village.

To provide accessibility to handicapped individuals, the main campus has handicapped parking, ramps and entrances to offices and meeting rooms, the dining room, classrooms, and the gymnasium.
